According to Handhi, fact-checking and direct confirmation with the parties concerned are essential before drawing conclusions or releasing information that could affect a company's reputation.
“We urge everyone to be more careful when sharing information or making public statements. Before concluding that one company has a relationship with another, the facts should first be checked and clarification sought from the parties concerned,” Handhi said.
He added that PT Reyland Property was prepared to provide explanations and present relevant documents, if necessary, to clarify the matter.
Handhi expressed hope that the clarification would help the public understand the situation accurately and prevent further misunderstandings that could harm the company's reputation.
Handhi revealed that the circulating information linking PT Reyland Property to PT Satu Properti had prompted questions from several clients who had previously conducted transactions with his company.
He said some clients had contacted the company to seek clarification about the reports and inquire about Reyland Property's current condition.
According to Handhi, the situation raised concerns and created negative perceptions that needed to be addressed promptly through direct communication.
“Many of our clients who have already conducted transactions with us have contacted the company to ask what is happening and about the condition of Reyland Property. That is why we felt it was necessary to issue this clarification to prevent misunderstandings,” he said.
To address these concerns, Handhi said the company was ready to meet clients who wanted further explanations.
He also invited clients who had conducted transactions with PT Reyland Property to visit the company's office for consultations and to obtain more detailed information directly from its representatives.
He expressed hope that this approach would help maintain good communication with clients and provide clarity based on information supplied directly by the company.
