BALINEWS.ID – The Bali Sales and Marketing Community (BASCOMM) successfully hosted a half-day workshop titled “Navigating Growth, Market Trends, and Revenue Optimization” at the Bali Sunset Road Convention Centre on Wednesday (3/9).
The event drew more than 300 hospitality professionals, offering fresh strategies to boost growth, conversion, and revenue in Bali’s highly competitive tourism market.
The workshop featured top industry experts who shared their insights on market dynamics, distribution channels, digital visibility, and effective revenue management. Among the speakers were:
- Krishna Arya, General Manager of Trip.com Indonesia, who emphasized the importance of strengthening online presence to drive bookings.
- Henki Tjhang, Director of Revenue and Distribution at Ayodya Resort Bali, who unpacked practical approaches to maximize revenue.
- Royce Sebastian, Sales and Marketing Manager at BookingToGo, who highlighted the latest online booking trends and the role of technology in sales.
- Prayoga Handayaprana, Regional Head of STAAH for Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, who shared strategies to stay competitive in the evolving hospitality landscape.
BASCOMM Chairman Putu Arisudhiana noted that the organization is committed to equipping hospitality players with the latest insights to thrive amid fierce competition.
Echoing this, Gufron, CHA, Managing Director of Alpha Hotel Management and BASCOMM Advisor, underlined Bali’s resilience as a top destination while stressing the importance of preparing precise strategies ahead of 2026.
Participants responded positively, with I Gede Vergiana Sugi Pramana, Director of Sales and Marketing at The Kanjeng Hospitality Indonesia, praising the workshop for exceeding expectations and delivering actionable strategies to grow revenue.
