DENPASAR, BALINEWS — Bali Police Chief Inspector General Pasma Royce, S.I.K., M.H., met with job seekers through the Polisi Peduli Pengangguran (Police Care for the Unemployed) program at the Bali Provincial Industrial and Tourism Vocational Training Center on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
The initiative reflects the police force’s efforts to strengthen its engagement with the community while encouraging unemployed residents to develop their skills, improve their potential, and explore employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Through the program, the police aim to support people facing employment challenges and help them improve their livelihoods and achieve greater economic independence.
During the meeting, Pasma Royce also delivered messages on public security and order, urging residents to play an active role in maintaining safety in their neighborhoods and helping preserve peace and stability across Bali.
The Police Care for the Unemployed program forms part of a broader community-oriented approach by the Indonesian National Police, which extends beyond maintaining public safety to addressing social issues affecting local communities.
Through direct communication with residents, the initiative is expected to strengthen public trust in the police while encouraging the development of a productive, independent, and socially responsible community.
