As evening arrives, the restaurant serves a Christmas-themed set dinner spotlighting Indonesia’s best land and sea flavors, with an à la carte option for added flexibility. The Beach Bar Christmas Eve Party complements the night with a festive BBQ menu, served from 5 pm to 10 pm against dramatic sunset views.
Christmas Day continues the merriment with the Seasalt Christmas Brunch accompanied by a joyful choir, live performances, and another Santa visit. Guests can join the Beach Bar Christmas Day Party, complete with a festive BBQ and an ice cream corner for seaside sweetness. A Christmas dinner, offered both as a set menu and à la carte, brings the day’s celebrations to a warm close.
As the final evening of 2025 unfolds, Alila Seminyak presents a showstopping six-course New Year’s Eve: Rhythm & Reef Wagyu and Lobster Set Menu at Seasalt. The menu includes Garden Bouquet with Packham Pear Chutney, Kombu Hokkaido Scallop, and a highlight course of Wagyu and Lobster with Raclette Cheese and Wild Morel Mushrooms, followed by a six-variety artisanal cheese presentation.
Guests then gather at the Beach Bar Countdown Party, where live jazz, pop-up food stations, handcrafted cocktails, and fireworks create a vibrant welcome to 2026. The next day, the First Sunset of the Year at Beach Bar features live music to guide guests gently into the new year.
In addition to its culinary offerings, Alila Seminyak embraces the spirit of creativity and community through a partnership with Membumi, a women-led enterprise dedicated to preserving pottery traditions from Binoh Village. Guests can purchase a limited-edition Painting Clay Set made from sustainable wild clay, an artistic keepsake that doubles as a seed planter.
Families can look forward to a festive calendar at Play Alila, where daily workshops run from December 22 to January 5. Activities include tree decorating, recycled art, and seasonal crafts, along with cozy evening movie sessions from December 24 to 30.
