UBUD, BALINEWS.ID – This summer, two of Bali’s most visionary bar destinations are shaking things up, literally and creatively. Syrco BASÈ Bar in Ubud and L’atelier Bar at The Apurva Kempinski Bali are joining forces in a rare collaboration titled “Sip, Showcase, Share”, a two-part bar series celebrating craftsmanship, creativity, and community through mixology.
The first chapter kicks off on 18 June 2025 at Syrco BASÈ Bar, where the L’atelier team will take over the counter for one night only, infusing their signature bold, expressive cocktails into Ubud’s refined ambiance. The second leg follows on 24 July 2025 at L’atelier, perched high above the Nusa Dua coastline, where the team from Syrco BASÈ will bring their nature-rooted philosophy to a new crowd.
“This collaboration is more than a bar takeover, it’s a cultural exchange,” said Arya Dharmayasa, Bar Manager of Syrco BASÈ. “Every cocktail we serve is inspired by the land, our gardens, and our stories. To bring that north-to-south and share it with L’atelier’s audience is incredibly exciting.”
Putu Surya, Beverage Manager at L’atelier, echoed the synergy. “Our drinks are artistic statements, shaped by the dynamic energy of Kongo Lifestyle. This partnership lets us step outside our home base and creatively connect with a new community.”
