BALINEWS.ID – This Easter, Alila Seminyak invites guests to celebrate by the sea with an unforgettable weekend of seasonal dining, oceanfront bites, and fun for the whole family. Set against the hotel’s iconic beachfront backdrop, the festivities promise sunny skies, gentle sea breezes, and a leisurely celebration for all ages.
At the heart of the weekend is the Coastal Easter Brunch at Seasalt on Sunday, 5 April 2026. Renowned for its ingredient-led cuisine, Seasalt presents a feast of responsibly sourced seafood, including whole lobster, Banyuwangi oysters, endeavor prawns, flower crab, ansari clams, and green mussels on ice. An oyster station offers four distinct preparations, while Japanese-inspired options feature dry-aged sashimi and maki rolls. Carving stations highlight festive favorites such as Salmon Brioche, M5 Wagyu Oyster Blade, and Smoked Charcoal Seafood.
Guests can also enjoy à la carte highlights like Wagyu Short Rib with Kalimantan Black Pepper and Crab Claw Benedict, followed by a decadent dessert selection celebrating the sweetness of Easter. Signature desserts include Bedugul Strawberry Cake with Organic Matcha, Simnel Cake, Yuzu Egg Tarts, Sakura Panna Cotta, Chocolate Truffle Eggs, soft serve yogurt, freshly baked breads, and artisanal cheeses. The brunch unfolds at a relaxed pace, encouraging diners to linger and enjoy the sparkling seaside atmosphere.
For a more casual Easter experience, the Beach Bar hosts a two-day Taco Island takeover on 4–5 April. Guests can savor a variety of tacos including beef, chorizo, and shrimp, accompanied by mini beef quesadillas, all served on crispy corn tortillas with fresh avocado salsa. With uninterrupted views of Seminyak’s coastline, Beach Bar offers a chic, open-air setting perfect for enjoying the holiday vibe.
Wellness enthusiasts can indulge at Spa Alila, where a series of restorative treatments are available. On 4–5 April, any 60-minute facial booking comes with a choice of add-ons: a hair wash and blow, regular nail polish for hands and feet, or a 30-minute back massage at a special rate. Throughout April and May, the spa presents the Balinese Detox Delight, a two-hour ritual combining a coffee scrub, Balinese massage with hot towel compress, and head and face acupressure, plus a selected Alila Living product to take home.
Families with children can enjoy a full day of Easter activities at Play Alila on 5 April. Activities include face painting, Easter bucket making, mask painting, egg decorating, and the eagerly awaited chocolate egg hunt. Childminding services are available, providing flexibility for parents.
Reservations for the Easter Sunday brunch at Seasalt can be made through the Seasalt website, while Play Alila activities and babysitting arrangements require direct contact with the resort.
