BADUNG, BALINEWS.ID – The Apurva Kempinski Bali has announced the return of Path to Sustainable Growth (PTSG) 2026, its annual sustainability summit that will take place on 24 June 2026 at the resort’s Candi Ballroom in Nusa Dua.
Now entering its fourth edition, the one-day event carries the theme “Regenerate for the Future,” reflecting a broader commitment to transforming sustainability conversations into regenerative actions that create measurable impact across industries.
According to Charles Octoriano Seran, PR & Marketing Manager of The Apurva Kempinski Bali, this year’s summit represents an important milestone in the evolution of the programme.
“Path to Sustainable Growth has grown beyond a platform for discussion. Through this year’s theme, ‘Regenerate for the Future’, we want to encourage businesses, communities, and future leaders to move from awareness to action and collectively create long-term positive impact,” Charles said during a press conference held at The Apurva Kempinski Bali.
The announcement was delivered during a media gathering moderated by Danti Yuliandari and attended by Vincent Guironnet, General Manager of The Apurva Kempinski Bali; Desak Intan, Director of Hygiene, Safety and Sustainability; Charles Octoriano Seran, PR & Marketing Manager; Alistair Speirs, MVB Sustainability Consultant; and Jeremia Dhany Setiawan Siahaan, Regional Funding & Retail representative of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI).
Building on the success of the 2025 edition, which brought together more than 250 sustainability practitioners, academics, innovators, and industry leaders, Path to Sustainable Growth 2026 expands its focus beyond tourism to address sustainability as a shared responsibility across sectors including hospitality, finance, agriculture, education, renewable energy, and the creative economy.
As the first hotel in Indonesia to receive certification from the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), The Apurva Kempinski Bali continues to strengthen its position as a leader in sustainable hospitality while fostering broader collaboration among stakeholders.
The summit is designed to bring together policymakers, business leaders, startups, students, academics, and sustainability advocates to exchange knowledge, strengthen partnerships, and develop solutions with long-term relevance.
“The challenges of the future cannot be solved in isolation. Through Path to Sustainable Growth, we aim to create meaningful connections between industries and inspire collaborative solutions that benefit both people and the planet,” Charles added.
The programme is structured around four strategic pillars: Repurposing, Refreshing Lives, Regenerating, and Rethinking Resources. These pillars will be explored through four high-level panel discussions featuring experts and changemakers from across Indonesia.

One of the major highlights of Path to Sustainable Growth 2026 is the introduction of “Seeds of Change,” an eight-week mentorship and incubation programme designed to discover, develop, and support students and early-stage startups working in regenerative tourism and sustainable innovation.
The initiative extends the impact of PTSG beyond a one-day summit and serves as a long-term platform for nurturing future sustainability leaders.
The programme was launched in May through an open call inviting students and startup teams from across Indonesia to submit CVs and essays outlining their ideas and vision for sustainable development. Ten shortlisted participants will be selected to attend the summit and continue into the incubation programme running from July through August.
During the incubation period, participants will receive mentorship from industry experts and gain practical experience in business development, sustainability strategy, and impact refinement.
The programme will conclude in August with a final business plan submission and winner announcement. Grants will be awarded to the top two teams, with the first-place winner receiving IDR 50 million and the second-place winner receiving IDR 20 million.
Path to Sustainable Growth 2026 is open to hospitality and tourism leaders, sustainability-driven brands, professionals, students, academics, industry practitioners, and organisations seeking to advance responsible and regenerative growth.
The summit will take place on 24 June 2026 from 08:30 to 16:00 WITA at Candi Ballroom, The Apurva Kempinski Bali. Tickets are priced at IDR 500,000 per person, inclusive of coffee breaks, a curated luncheon, and a direct contribution toward a local mangrove planting initiative.
In addition to welcoming participants, The Apurva Kempinski Bali is also inviting visionary partners and organisations to support the event through sponsorship opportunities, providing a platform for brands seeking to align with credible sustainability initiatives while contributing to measurable long-term impact.
Through Path to Sustainable Growth 2026, The Apurva Kempinski Bali aims to inspire a new generation of changemakers and strengthen partnerships that can accelerate regenerative development across Indonesia and beyond.
