BALINEWS.ID – Mr. Wayan, Coffee & Eatery officially marked its 10th anniversary on January 16, celebrating a decade-long journey defined by passion, consistency, and dedication in Bali’s culinary and hospitality scene.

The milestone reflects the solid teamwork that has driven Mr. Wayan Ubud forward over the past ten years, particularly within its Food & Beverage product and service teams. Their strong sense of togetherness and commitment has been the backbone of the restaurant’s sustained growth and reputation.

Since its establishment, Mr. Wayan Ubud has been known for its authentic Balinese cuisine, showcasing local flavors, traditional recipes, and the use of locally sourced ingredients. As the years progressed, the restaurant expanded its culinary concept to include a broader selection of Indonesian and Western dishes, allowing it to cater to a wider range of guests while staying true to its Balinese roots.

The team’s dedication was further acknowledged in December 2025 through notable achievements at regional culinary competitions. Mr. Wayan Ubud secured second place at the Ubud Latte Art Competition (ULAC) and fourth place at the Ubud Chef Competition (UCC), underscoring the talent, creativity, and professionalism of its bar and kitchen teams.

The anniversary celebration was attended by the founder, Mr. Gede Paskara Karilo, who expressed his appreciation, stating, “Ten years is not an easy journey. This achievement belongs to the entire team, and we will continue to grow with more innovative concepts.”

Beyond marking a business milestone, Mr. Wayan Ubud also reaffirmed its commitment to social responsibility. The restaurant continues to support Yayasan Taman Permata Hati by donating funds collected from guests, aimed at nurturing children’s creativity in dance and singing.
