The partnership unveiled with an intimate launch lunch on February 25th 2025, where guests not only indulge in an exquisite menu but also witness the Bali debut of Chef Ragil’s latest book, Pusaka Rasa Nusantara. This culinary masterpiece documents his journey across the archipelago, rediscovering long-lost traditional recipes and presenting them in an immersive four-part series that celebrates Indonesia’s authentic flavors.
Following its success in Jakarta, Pusaka Rasa Nusantara takes center stage at Suku’s Nusantara Buffet, held every Tuesday evening. A dedicated stall featuring Chef Ragil’s signature dishes will highlight this special collaboration, offering guests an exclusive taste of heritage-rich Indonesian cuisine.

Suku, meaning “tribes” in Indonesian, is designed to showcase the country’s vast culinary diversity, from Balinese and Batak to Minang, Sundanese, and Javanese influences. Known for its signature rijsttafel-style service, Suku invites diners to experience Indonesian cuisine through family-sharing menus that foster a deeper appreciation for the nation’s culinary heritage.
As part of this collaboration, on February 25th and March 4th, guests can enjoy three specially curated dishes from Pusaka Rasa Nusantara during the Nusantara Buffet. This immersive dining experience, priced at IDR 685,000++ per person, is enhanced by a mesmerizing fire dance performance, adding a dynamic cultural touch to the evening.
