According to Djaman Doeloe Bali Chef I Kadek Budiarta, the newly launched menu was designed to evoke nostalgic memories while introducing guests to the authentic taste of Indonesian cuisine.
“Through Nasi Campoer Djaman Doeloe, we aim to offer an authentic and nostalgic journey through Indonesia’s culinary heritage. Every dish is freshly prepared and served daily, allowing guests to enjoy the finest flavors while maintaining the highest quality standards,” he said.

Each serving of Nasi Campoer Djaman Doeloe features a carefully curated selection of Indonesian favorites, including ayam sambal matah, ayam sere lemo, beef rendang, ayam gulai, and the iconic Balinese ayam betutu.
To complete the culinary journey, guests can also enjoy traditional snacks such as kue cemplon and fried bananas, two timeless treats loved across generations.

The restaurant also serves a range of classic Indonesian beverages, including herbal temulawak and the nostalgic soda gembira, a refreshing blend of soda water, sweetened condensed milk, syrup, and ice that has remained a favorite for decades.
Inspired by the concept “Dine Like a Local. Good Old Days on a Plate,” the new menu celebrates Indonesia’s diverse culinary traditions by bringing together authentic flavors that have been passed down through generations.

Nasi Campoer Djaman Doeloe is available daily from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with prices starting from IDR 50,000 net per serving.
