A Legacy of Authenticity and Sustainability
Founded by Dwi Perkasa, Fu Shou emerged from a desire to bring authentic Chinese Bakmie Karet to Bali, a beloved noodle dish from his childhood in Jakarta. Since opening its first branch in Ubud in 2018, Fu Shou has become a celebrated name in the island’s culinary scene, expanding to a second branch in Dewi Sri in 2022.
The brand’s name, inspired by the Chinese “Three Gods” of fortune, prosperity, and longevity, reflects its mission to deliver authentic, high quality dishes made from fresh, preservative-free ingredients, including locally sourced produce and free-range chicken.
Fu Shou’s commitment to sustainability mirrors Conrad Bali’s ethos, with both brands prioritizing responsible food practices, minimizing waste, and creating a positive environmental impact.
“We are thrilled to continue our tradition of collaborating with incredible local brands for Chinese New Year,” says Nicole Gasko, Director of Food & Beverages at Conrad Bali.
“Fu Shou’s dedication to authenticity and quality perfectly aligns with our values, and we are excited to share their exquisite offerings with our guests this festive season,” he added. (*)
